A form submission or chat inquiry is a booking request. The team must confirm therapist, course, duration, destination, total and arrival arrangements before dispatch. This is a mobile service, not a walk-in shop.
Accommodation access
The customer must use a suitable private location that permits visitors. Follow hotel, residence and host rules. A guest may need to meet at the agreed lobby and escort the therapist upstairs.
Prices and changes
The standard menu is a reference for the stated courses. Therapist categories, destination arrangements and alternative payment methods can affect the final quote. Confirm the total before dispatch. Request changes or cancellation promptly; changes after departure may not be possible.
Comfort and scope
The service is for massage and relaxation. It is not a diagnosis, medical treatment, or a promise of a particular health outcome. Discuss pressure preferences and ask for adjustments when needed.

A decision to settle before confirmation
If plans change, contact the operator promptly and describe exactly what has changed. A different hotel, a new room and a later time can have different consequences for the visit. Ask for acknowledgement rather than using an unanswered message as evidence that an earlier arrangement has been cancelled.
